WHY ARE YOU CHARGING ME?
This is a one-time or payment plan charge for Uncensored REO Secrets, UREOS Speed Course or AOF IGNITE or it's a recurring charge for your REO Rockstars membership or the Agent On Fire BLAZE newsletter.
DOESN'T RING A BELL?
If the programs above don't ring a bell, you may want to ask people who work with you in real estate (particularly spouses). we've found that 95% of the time confusion arises from someone else at a company signing up for the program.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?
You can submit a cancellation request via the contact form or you can use the auto-cancellation mechanism in your members area. Once you've canceled you won't be charged again but you are responsible for any previous charges.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
You can submit a refund request for Uncensored REO Secrets and REO Rockstars during the 60-Day refund period using the contact form. UREOS Speed Course, AOF IGNITE and Agent On Fire BLAZE charges are non-refundable but once you've canceled you won't be charged again. Please see the REO refund policy and the AOF refund policy for further details.
