OK this is a very good sign for those of you who have been waiting for that bubble to burst. The craziest election ever brought us a nice uptick in pre-foreclosure and repossession numbers. I am never one to count my chickens before they hatch, however, these are real numbers based on new starts actual repos, so my bet is that we will be feasting heavily soon! So be sure that you are establishing those relationships and reaching out to every Asset Manager that you can. We could be in for a nice wave of business.
